There exist binary versions of the
VMware Horizon client
for Linux. I've been able to install (scary! download and run the binary
as root) and run the program. Make sure you
add server: workspace.han.nl
use your ~5-letter HAN ID (w/o password) as login
use the code you receive in a text message for the second authentication step
double click on "HAN-Desktop"
be patient when the screen goes black — you're trying to start up a Windows environment...
Issues:
v4.1 and v5.0 seemed to work, for v4.3 (and v4.2?) I had to create the symlink ln -s libudev.so
libudev.so.0 in /usr/lib
I cannot share a local directory, so I can't actually do anything. If this works for you,
